DESCRIPTION:

A red style ale inspired by Irish Tradition, that uses roasted malt to give it a deep ruby-colored hue. It’s exceptionally smooth, and brewed using caramel malts. And yes, even pairs perfectly with breakfast (verified by our own R&D).

THE STORY:

The origin story of Able Ebenezer Brewing Company starts in the woods of Auburn, NH with co-founders Carl and Mike. Mike moved from San Diego, CA into Carl’s one bedroom cabin in the woods. In the garage, Carl had built a 5-gallon brewing system that he had soldered, brazed and welded together - and is still used today.

Every day was a brew day. At any given time, there were multiple variations of each recipe running in the fermenters; trying to pinpoint exactly where they wanted each profile to land. Auburn became the first beer that they knew hit the mark. The future was still uncertain, but they knew they were headed in the right direction.

Auburn serves as a reminder that regardless of how big you get, never forget where you came from.
