THE STORY:
On the shore of Emma Wood State Beach, California, now head brewer, Mike, showed up with a case of unlabeled, homemade wheat beer. It was safe to say that he wasn’t confident that his announcement to move across the country to New Hampshire to brew beer - something he’d only done in his kitchen - was going to be well received by his family; especially since he’d spent the last two years in graduate school getting an MBA. What he didn’t realize, but should’ve known, was there would be nothing but love and support.
Often times we find ourselves stuck between who we are and who we believe we’re supposed to be. Emma Wood serves as a reminder of that place where you finally come to terms with what you want and realize that the people who truly care about you will always have your back.
